Student voting in our district
Most college students consider the homes their families live at to be their homes. My daughter, Katie, will be at Marquette University on November 8th, so she went online and requested an absentee ballot to vote early by mail. What's extra cool is that when you apply to vote by mail using this link, you are REMOVED FROM CANDIDATE LISTS asking about your vote plan because they will see that you requested a ballot to vote by mail already.
Absentee ballots start shipping on September 23, 2002 for those who requested them early.
